Orders paid for before 2pm Mon–Fri are dispatched the same day. Orders placed after 2pm will be dispatched the following business day.

Orders are shipped via Royal Mail, although other couriers may be used in cases of large or heavy orders.

All orders within the UK are tracked, and delivery can be followed online via the Royal Mail Track & Trace service.

Unwanted items

Unwanted items can be returned within 30 days of receipt for a full refund.

Please note that unwanted items must be returned in original packaging and in the condition they were received.

Damaged, faulty or missing items

In the unlikely event that your item does not arrive, is not as described, or is broken or faulty, you can contact us within 30 days of receipt for a full refund or replacement. We will provide a pre-paid returns label for you to return the item to us free of charge.

How will you make sure my item arrives in one piece?

Our packing staff are well trained and take the time necessary to ensure all items, especially fragile ones, are well packaged using a combination of polysterene, bubble wrap and shredded cardboard.

Products are shipped in cardboard boxes or padded envelopes as suitable. Products that are fragile (ceramic, glassware, etc) are generally double boxed with shock-absorbing packaging in the void.

How long will it take for my order to arrive?

For UK customers, delivery generally takes 1-3 working days depending on the delivery service chosen.

For international customers within the EU, delivery generally takes 3-8 working days depending on country.

For international customers outside the EU, delivery generally takes 5-14 working days depending on country.

How will you keep me updated on my order?

Once your order is dispatched, you will receive an e-mail with your order details and tracking number. This tracking number can be used on the Royal Mail Track & Trace website to follow your parcel's delivery progress.

Should your order be delayed in any way, you can contact us and we'll be happy to look into the matter.

Please note that tracking information may not be available on international orders.

What if I am unhappy with my order?

Whatever the reason, we encourage you to get in touch, and we will do whatever we can to help. We strive to ensure all of our customers are happy with our service.
