Dispatch
Orders paid for before 2pm Mon-Fri are dispatched the same day. Orders placed after 2pm will be dispatched the following business day.
All of our items are stocked and dispatched from Swansea, UK
Please note that during busy seasons, item dispatch may be delayed by one day.
Shipping
Most orders are shipped fully tracked via Royal Mail. However, very small items may be sent untracked, and very large orders may be sent via other couriers.
For tracked Royal Mail orders, delivery can be followed online via the Royal Mail Track & Trace service.

Please note that delivery times are estimated and can face delays, especially during busy seasons or extreme weather. Next day and Tracked 24 orders are given priority during these times.
