We deliver within the UK in 2–3 working days for just £3. This service can be upgraded to 1–2 days for just £1 extra.

Orders over £40 benefit from free delivery!

Unfortunately, we are currently unable to ship orders outside the UK due to ongoing customs issues.

FAQ

How will you make sure my item arrives in one piece?

Our packing staff are well-trained and take the time necessary to ensure all items, especially fragile ones, are well packaged using a combination of polystyrene, bubble wrap and shredded cardboard.

Products are shipped in cardboard boxes or padded envelopes as suitable. Products that are fragile (ceramic, glassware, etc) are generally double boxed with shock-absorbing packaging in the void.

How long will it take for my order to arrive?

Delivery generally takes 1-3 working days depending on the delivery service chosen. Please see the Delivery & Shipping page for further details.

How will you keep me updated on my order?

Once your order is dispatched, you will receive an e-mail with your order details and tracking number. This tracking number can be used on the Royal Mail Track & Trace website to follow your parcel's delivery progress.

Should your order be delayed in any way, you can contact us and we'll be happy to look into the matter.

Please note that tracking information may not be available for certain items.

What if I am unhappy with my order?

Whatever the reason, we encourage you to get in touch, and we will do whatever we can to help. We strive to ensure all of our customers are happy with our service.
